PROS:
1. Paying and On Time! - The whole reason why we visit these sites. Payment proofs are seen and posted on the internet.
2. They Have a Forum! - A very important tool for PTC site to have. Every member should be able to communicate with staff and other members. Also BuxP is on twitter and they have their own blog.

CONS:
1. Wait time for Standards : 45 business days for a payment for standard users might be a little too long
2. Whois Info Private - Could mean the owner is hiding his identity. This is a common practice in the PTC world, but just the same we feel if a site owner is honest then he shouldn't have anything to hide.
